We are a dedicated New Zealand operation, committed to delivering the very best products in each e-bike category, at best price and service value. EBO e-bikes evolved from two and half years of intense research into the best mechanical, electrical, electronic and frame construction technology.

EBO e-bikes only supplies factory tested and guaranteed bikes. We specify only the best componentry, drives, batteries and specialised alloy frames. We put a very high focus on motor and battery specification; these items are crucial, with electronics to ensure reliability and performance.

We now operate out of our Auckland store/warehouse/workshop, and from our Tauranga HQ and R&D centre. We are currently engaged in expanding this to the regions across New Zealand. However, enquire with confidence via this website.

FUNNY STORY...

EBO is just a cool unique identifier word we dreamt up, with a witty pun ("orchestra") acronym. Simply put, we just liked the unique quirkiness of "EBO" when looking for a name. Then it transpired that there’s an "electric bike outfitters" in Colorado so somehow the word "Orchestra" fitted in a witty and quirky way… and besides, ELO/Jeff Lynne is a favourite band/project. So there we have it. EBO. Our orange colour is our wee salute to the Dutch cycling culture…the greatest example of bike-culture on the planet.
